Won ton

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced and browned in shoyu
  • 1 onion, minced and lightly browned
  • 2 tbsp dried shrimp, soak, chopped and browned seasoned with salt 2tbsp about (stinky)
  • 1/2? can of chopped water chestnuts
  • green onion, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Won ton skin for frying - thicker, soup is thinner
  • Frying is around 350-375 degrees
Instructions
  1. Soak the mushroom and shrimp in hot water
  2. Minced the onion and lightly brown it
  3. Minced the mushroom and shrimp, season with shoyu, and brown them
  4. Mince the water chestnuts and green onions
  5. Mix together the pork, minced onion, mushroom, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, and cornstarch.
  6. Wrap the won ton
  7. Heat the oil to 375 degrees
  8. Fry a few at a time at 350-375 degrees until golden brown
