- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced and browned in shoyu
- 1 onion, minced and lightly browned
- 2 tbsp dried shrimp, soak, chopped and browned seasoned with salt 2tbsp about (stinky)
- 1/2? can of chopped water chestnuts
- green onion, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Won ton skin for frying - thicker, soup is thinner
- Frying is around 350-375 degrees
- Soak the mushroom and shrimp in hot water
- Minced the onion and lightly brown it
- Minced the mushroom and shrimp, season with shoyu, and brown them
- Mince the water chestnuts and green onions
- Mix together the pork, minced onion, mushroom, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, and cornstarch.
- Wrap the won ton
- Heat the oil to 375 degrees
- Fry a few at a time at 350-375 degrees until golden brown
