Roast Beef
Source: Food Wishes. 300 degrees for 15 minutes, 200 for 3- 3.5 hours
I totally overcooked this (did around 3.5 hours), also didn't need the 1/2 C beef broth because so much liquid came out. Probably would have tasted good otherwise <.<
