Pad Thai Popcorn

Directions
  1. Pop popcorn
  2. Transfer to a large bowl with spider (or hands) to avoid unpopped kernels
  3. Add in 1 cup finely drooped peanuts
  4. Zest a lime
  5. Sauce
    1. 1/2 C brown sugar, 1/4C vegetable oil, 1/4C corn syrup, squeeze in juice of half a lime, 1.5 tbspasian fish sauce put heat on medium.  Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat
    2. Add in sambal/chili peppers, lime zest.  BE READY, add baking soda stir, add sauce to popcorn & STIR STIR STIR
  6. Add to lined baking sheet (silipat).  250 degree oven for 45 minutes, toss every 15 minutes with spatula.

J liked them, I thought they were okay.  I'd prefer not to make it again and instead try caramel popcorn.
