Stuffed Tofu
Ingredients:
1 jar of red fermented tofu (I think it’s this: http://www.foodgal.com/2012/05/memories-of-childhood-chinese-chicken/)
1 large Leek, white and light green sections only
Garlic, sliced
Dried mushroom
Fish?
Chicken stock
Directions:
Brown leeks
Brown sliced garlic
Smash and brown Fermented soy bean curd, add in jarred bean curd wine and soaked mushroom
Add to stuffed tofu plus more chicken stock until barely covered
