6 large tomatoes (3lbs)
1b beef
Thyme

Brown onions
Chop tomatoes, add to onions and add thyme. Stew for 30-45min
Slick beef against the grain as thin as you can, marinate in 1-2 tsp shoyu & 1 full tsp corn starch. Brown meat
Put in with the tomatoes .
