Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream

Notes: The key to this is to use cold brew coffee, 1 batch of this is 1.5 cups. This is really good, but a bit icy and not as creamy as ice creams from Jeni's. I used one of the little scoop of the ground coffee and it turned out well, next time I would just a heaping spoon.

Next time: Replace the half and half with heavy cream and also cold brew the coffee in heavy cream instead of water. Jeni's coffee ice cream also (hot) brews in milk instead of water.
