Asparagus with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
1lb asparagus
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1tsp sugar

Directions
  1. Snap/slice off the 1" end of the asparagus 
  2. Blanch the asaparagus for about 2-3 minutes and move it into ice water. 
  3. Caramalize some onions, throwing in about a tsp-tbsp of sugar. After around 20-30 seconds, add in some rice vinegar. Saute for a bit. 
  4. Add in the blanched asparagus and saute for a bit. Cover for 30s-1minute until the asparagus heats up.
  5. Serve!
