Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

It was okay, pretty much Beef & Broccoli.  I used real chinese cooking wine instead of sherry.  I also just cooked the broccoli to the done-ness I wanted, 2 minutes was not enough.  I would drain the shoyu from the meat after cooking because it made the sauce really soupy.  It's not spectacular, but would make it again.
