Sous Vide Chicken Thighs

  • 6 chicken thighs, bone in, skin on
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic cloves (optional)

Notes
We used 150 degrees for 1-3 hours. Seared in the all clad, skipped any shallots. Only did pan drippings and the gelled stock and it was really delicious. Seasoned well with salt and some pepper.
